Rainmeter 3.0 RC1 is out!
The most notable change is the introduction of the Direct2D (D2D) graphics engine, which is now used to render high quality text on supported systems. If you notice any oddities, please do tell! 
As usual, download it from rainmeter.net. For an overview of the changes, see the release notes.
You can safely install the new 3.0 release version right over your existing Rainmeter installation, and nothing you have done will be lost or changed.
